Restorative and Mediation Practices (RAMP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing accessible, inclusive conflict resolution and restorative services that support healing, accountability, and connection. Through mediation, facilitation, and dialogue, we help individuals and groups address harm, navigate conflict, and strengthen relationships. RAMP is one of six Community Dispute Resolution Programs (CDRP) in Minnesota.
Rooted in restorative principles and guided by a commitment to equity and inclusion, RAMP offers community-centered alternatives to adversarial and punitive approaches to conflict. We meet people where they are, ensuring our services are accessible, culturally responsive, and aligned with the needs of those we serve.
RAMP works with individuals, families, youth, schools, nonprofits, organizations, and community members through programs focused on mediation, restorative practices, youth development, and community healing circles of support. We also support housing stability through mediation and eviction prevention services, helping individuals and families navigate housing-related conflict, strengthen communication between tenants and housing providers, and prevent unnecessary displacement.
We offer free or affordable services to support people navigating personal, neighborhood, organizational, school-based, and court-related conflicts, with the belief that conflict—when approached with care and intention—can lead to healing and positive change.
To strengthen and heal communities by providing accessible, inclusive conflict resolution and restorative services that empower individuals and groups to repair harm, resolve conflict, and build stronger relationships.
RAMP envisions a just and connected community where conflict leads to growth—not division—where harm is repaired, voices are heard, and everyone has the power to create positive change.
