Marion Arita (she/her) is the Executive Director of Restorative and Mediation Practices (RAMP), leading mediation and restorative justice work while strengthening community partnerships that advance housing stability and accessible conflict resolution across Southern Minnesota. A certified civil and family mediator, she brings experience from the Minnesota Judicial Branch and nonprofit executive leadership, and oversees RAMP’s day-to-day operations, including the organization’s transition to independent 501(c)(3) status.
