 The mission of  Restorative and Mediation Practices (RAMP) is to strengthen and heal communities by providing accessible, inclusive conflict resolution and restorative practices through mediation, facilitation, and education. We empower individuals and groups to engage in respectful dialogue, repair harm, and resolve conflict constructively. 

RAMP envisions a just and connected community where conflict leads to growth, not division — where harm is repaired, voices are heard, and everyone has the power to create positive change. Through inclusive practices, restorative approaches, and public education, RAMP fosters a culture of justice, healing, and respect.
